Mark your calendar for a jam-packed day of training that will include interactive demonstrations of different ways to properly prepare a site, place sand and build a sand-lined system. You’ll see the setting of D boxes and septic tanks and display proper methods of backfilling.

Attendees will be encouraged to share their methods of installation, engage in discussion and the ‘why and how’ of what is being demonstrated and learn best management practices.

Pre-registration is highly encouraged so we can properly plan for your attendance.

8:15-9:00  Soils pit and evaluation of soil, Carl Walker

9:00-10:00 Remove excess vegetation  (with discussion)

10:00- 11:45—Tillage demonstrations (with discussion)

11:45-12:30 Lunch and giveaways
