This CLE is aimed at local health department attorneys. The first section of the course will provide a legislative update on legislative changes from the 2022 Legislative Session that affect local departments of health or public health in general. The second portion of the CLE will provide information about current rule changes pending at the department of health (IDOH) that will affect local health departments. Finally, IDOH will provide an update on the Governor’s Public Health Commission, which will be making recommendations to Governor about public health in Indiana.
