Notice of Public Comment – Rule 410

The Indiana Department of Health (IDOH) is soliciting public comment on adding, amending, and repealing rules at 140 IAC 6-8.3, regarding residential on-site sewage systems, to: (1) update and add definitions; (2) bring the rule into conformance with statutory updates; (3) update matters incorporated by reference; and (4) update onsite sewage system regulations.
