KEYNOTE PRESENTER
Nicholas Dykes – Dykes Construction
Nick grew up in the onsite wastewater industry and has been working with his father since he was knee high & old enough to come to work. Some of his earliest memories are using a grade stick and laying infiltrator lateral lines – he’s grateful to have watched Onsite Wastewater Treatment in the State of Missouri grow to what it is today. A 3rd generation businessman who puts workmanship and best practices first, he’s been blessed to learn this trade from many great men and women in the Kansas City area whom he considers the best in the business. Nick is a registered Advanced installer and Inspector with DHSS and his company offers new and replacement system installation service, inspections, pumping, and system service, along with excavation and site development services. He’s installed systems from 360 gpd to 12000 gpd, conventional, LPPs, drips, lagoons, mounds, UV Discharge (DNR), and even the experimental ones that aren’t as widely talked about. Commercial large onsite treatment systems and challenging sites are his specialty. He’s the President of Missouri Smallflows Organization and has been an educator for the onsite industry for 5 years.
